With care, passion and dedication we offer you the finest flavours of typical Calabrian cuisine. Al Terrazzo is the dream of Mimmo and his wife Agnieszka, known to friends as Aga: the ideal place to relax and enjoy good Calabrian food in one of the most striking corners of Gambarie d'Aspromonte.

Three guiding principles shape our idea of cooking. The kitchen is Aga's domain: she personally chooses ingredients from the best producers, favouring local ones. The dishes tell the story of Aspromonte tradition - vegetables, mushrooms, wild boar, homemade pasta - with care for coeliacs too.
A mountain lodge in the heart of Gambarie
We are a few steps from Piazza Mangeruca, facing a beautiful panoramic pine forest. An indoor room seating 65 and, in summer, the outdoor terrace and gazebos with the cool air of Gambarie. With sustainable materials we recreated the atmosphere of a mountain lodge: the fireplace in winter, the colours of Aspromonte in summer.

Over 100 labels
Our great pride: over 100 labels and a selection of spirits, amari and liqueurs. Mimmo, a sommelier and wine lover, personally chose the wineries, mostly Italian with a few from abroad - from the amphora wines of the Aspromonte winery to the Triple A selection, all the way to the Tuscans of Podere le Ripi.
The beers, too, are sought out among the best craft breweries.

Wood-fired oven, 24h proofing
Al Terrazzo is also a pizzeria, open for dinner. A blend of selected flours, a long-proofing recipe (at least 24 hours) and a wood-fired oven, for a light, fragrant and highly digestible dough. Km0 seasonal ingredients, or the best Italian specialities. A gluten-free dough is also available.
