The dishes tell the story of the territory and traditional Aspromonte cuisine, with particular attention also for celiacs. We offer you dishes based on vegetables, mushrooms, wild boar, homemade pasta, perfumes and fruits that we collect from our garden.
We are located a few meters from Piazza Mangeruca in Gambarie, right in front of a splendid panoramic pine forest. We offer restaurant and pizzeria service in the welcoming 65-seat indoor room, with the possibility, in summer, to eat outside on the outdoor terrace or in the gazebos.
With the use of sustainable materials we have recreated a typical atmosphere of mountain huts, with the warmth of the fireplace in winter and the colors of the Aspromonte in summer.
The restaurant is large and bright, perfect for welcoming you as a family, as a couple or with friends. Al Terrazzo is an indispensable stop after a walk along the Aspromonte paths and after having crossed the ski slopes.
Al Terrazzo is also a pizzeria open for dinner where you can eat a good pizza in Gambarie, prepared with a mix of selected flours, a long leavening recipe (at least 24 hours) and a wood oven.
Our pizza is the result of the experience of Mimmo, who grew up in the family bakery, and the resourcefulness of his son Jan who created the recipe with our pizza chef, with a light and fragrant dough, highly digestible.
We use km0 and seasonal ingredients or the best Italian excellences.
