We are a family that for over 20 years has made the restaurant its home, our cuisine and hospitality reflect our family history.
The restaurant was born from the dream of Mimmo, a native of Gambarie, and Agnieszka, a native of Poland, and known by all as Aga. After their marriage they began the adventure that still today sees them united in the common passion of food and wine.
Aga is our chef and she is dedicated to cooking, she has learned the secrets of Calabrian cuisine and has fun with elaborations that enhance her tastes using local ingredients.
While Mimmo, a great wine lover, chooses the best labels and helps Aga in the choice of products. Today, the sons Fedele and Jan also contribute to the growth of the restaurant, the pizzeria and the offer of beers and wines and raw materials of the highest quality.
A team of collaborators, for many years now, have been at our side to give you a lunch or dinner dedicated to relaxation, good food and hospitality that will make you feel at home.
A warm, bright and welcoming interior with a wood-burning fireplace in the center, which guarantees the heating of the rooms in winter. It gives warmth to the environment and refreshment to snow-covered customers. The environment is that of a typical mountain chalet with a suggestive atmosphere.
Among the services available there are the access ramp for the disabled, the high chairs and the changing table for children.
In summer you can eat outdoors on the outdoor terrace, covered by a temporary wooden structure, where in summer you can enjoy our dishes outdoors surrounded by the Aspromonte nature and the view of the Strait of Messina.
Al Terrazzo is perfect for hosting birthdays, parties, family or business dinners. You can agree on a menu with our chef and experience your event in total relaxation. We take care of decorating the room and creating the right atmosphere for your event.
We also carry out the catering service, bringing our dishes directly to your home or to the location you prefer.
Contact us at least 10 days before the day of the event in order to organize your birthday, baptism, graduation or any other important occasion together.
The dishes vary throughout the year according to the seasonality of the products. There are traditional Calabrian dishes and some reinterpretations in respect of the local products and gastronomic culture.
